What's inside my BIY?Your choice of 6 or 12 smoothies and açaí bowls. Our frozen blends are pre-portioned in cups and bowls you can take to go (just add your base of choice and blend!). You'll also find a goodie bag with straws and spoons to style out your cups and bowls.

What will I need?Just some freezer space, a blender, and the liquid base of your choice. We'll send the rest!

What do I do with my BIY box?This might be obvious, but... please, keep all smoothies and açaí bowls in your freezer. That way, they're ready to blend when you are.

What's the shelf life of my smoothies and açaí bowls?Your blends will stay super fresh for at least a month. We suggest consuming them within this timeframe.

Will I need to defrost before blending?No need to thaw—just toss your frozen ingredients straight into the blender!

How does this work?We have options for everybody! Order a 6- or 12-pack, choose your favorite blends, pick a delivery date, and we’ll ship the goods to your doorstep. Shipping is always free!

How much?Our 6 pack is $48, which is $8 per blend. And our 12 pack is $87, which is $7.25 per blend. Shipping's always on us!

What about tax?All applicable sales tax is included in the quoted price.

When will I be charged?We will charge your payment method when you place your order.

Is the packaging recyclable?Our box is made out of 100% recycled materials, and the insulation is made from recycled PET plastic bottles.

How do I know if BIY delivers to me?Go to orders page and enter your zip code to see if we ship to your area.

How much is shipping?Shipping is free! You focus on perfecting your order, we'll take care of the rest.

How do you ship?We use FedEx, in partnership with PeriShip, who specializes in making sure your delivery stays chill on its way to you.

Can you have the delivery person leave my package at my doorstep if I'm not home?Of course! All packages are delivered without a signature - just put them into the freezer as soon as you get home.

What if my delivery is late?Due to weather conditions or other FedEx delays, your package may arrive after the estimated time. Don't worry - we've got you covered and pack our boxes with dry ice to keep them frozen on its way to you.

I'm not home and the box is sitting on my porch. How long will it stay cold?Your delivery is shipped on dry ice, which can keep your cups and bowls frozen for several hours. However, we recommend to play it safe and get those blends in the freezer as soon as possible.

Can you guarantee delivery dates?We'll do everything we can to get your delivery to you on your specified date. Of course, there may be some exceptions: inclement weather or natural disasters, delays in shipping – life, basically. You can always give us a call if you have any issues at 888.266.5377 Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. ET and Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. ET.

Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?No, unfortunately, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO boxes. Sorry about that!

What if I live outside the US?Unfortunately, we only deliver to the continental US. Please check our zip code tool on the how it works page to see where we can deliver.

Can I deliver to my home or office?Of course! We recommend shipping it to the place wherever you'll be storing it. Just let us know at checkout where you'd like us to send your smoothies.

Where do you source your ingredients?We source our ingredients from exotic destinations around the world! We've gone far and wide, to bring you these superfruit smoothies and bowls.

Are your ingredients organic?We use as much organic produce as possible. We are on our way to being certified organic.

I'm gluten/dairy/soy-free. Can I BIY?Everything you'll find in our BIY boxes is gluten, dairy, and soy-free. The granola that comes with our açaí bowls is processed in a facility that handles gluten (although the granola itself is gluten-free).

Are the blends vegan?Our smoothies and açaí bowls are vegan—except for the Papaya Avocado smoothie, which includes Manuka honey.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. How do I know if I can BIY?Each smoothie and bowl's ingredients are listed in the menu pages, so you can find the blends that best works for you. Please note that all blends are packaged in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts.

Can I freeze my leftover smoothie?We've portioned these out to be a perfect single serving—you shouldn’t have any leftovers, but if you do you can definitely pop them back in the freezer!

How is the nutritional information for each menu item calculated?We calculate the nutritional information for BIY recipes using ESHA Research’s The Food Processor SQL software and additional independent certifying agencies. All data is rounded to meet current U.S. FDA NLEA guidelines. Due to the handcrafted nature of our smoothies and bowls, actual nutritional values may vary slightly.

Is this a diet plan? What if I have a question regarding nutrition information?This isn't meant to be a diet plan, but you can definitely make your smoothies a part of a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition can be found on the back of each cup or bowl, along with each product's page on our website.

Is there a blender you recommend for BIY?We love Breville and Vitamix, but any blender will work.

What can I use as my liquid base?We love almond milk. But get creative - coconut water, nut milks, filtered water, or any fruit juice can also work!

Can I build my own blend or substitute ingredients that I don’t like?Unfortunately, cannot make any customizations or substitutions at this time. Feel free to add to any of the smoothies or bowls to make it your own!
